Shipping & In-Store Pickup:
Most items and orders are available for in-store pickup.

Orders placed by 6:00pm local time will be fulfilled by 11:00am the following day, unless you specify a later pickup date/time.

Same-Day-In-Store Pickup:
COMING SOON! We’re working out the kinks. In the meantime, we’ll do our best to accommodate any orders received via email or phone.

60-Day Hassle-Free Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason you can return the product within 60 days and we will refund your purchase price on that item, excluding shipping charges. Restrictions on Special Order Items may apply (see below).

Gift Cards: 
Our 60-Day Hassle-Free Return applies for gift cards, but only with valid proof-of-purchase. After 60 Days, the card must be used in-store.
Gift Cards and Certificates for Classes from charitable events or competition prizes may not be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards with a value of $10 or more may not be exchanged for cash or have the balance redeemed as cash.

Special Order Items: 
We are happy to accommodate your needs for certain larger “backorder” items. Items over $400 that are not in our regular inventory are subject to our Special Order Policy. In these cases we ask that customers prepay for the item in store or through our website. Returns of Special Order Items are eligible for store credit instead of refunds. We appreciate your cooperation as we strive to operate as a family owned and operated mom and pop shop 🙂
