In this hands-on pickling workshop you’ll make your own jar of sauerkraut to ferment and enjoy with family and friends.

Get a history of fermented foods and explore the many varieties and techniques for making healthy pickled vegetables.

Presentation on home pickling

Samples of home-made lacto and quick pickled vegetables
